  1. What a collection Chris! Very ecclectic with watches with a strong design. The one stucked on the wrist since I got it :
  2. Cleanest design there is! Love this "simplicity".
  3. Great review Chris and fantastic pictures! I love my d'Arc Matter II, it's unique but yours is even more unique with that super cool artsy fordite dial. Like a painting on the wrist. That case is one of the best one I have ever seen, fantastic form and built. I agree with you on the L2L, it's not small and at the very limit for my 16cm wrist. If the strap could be even more curved and thinner at the lug, it would be perfect! (It's already super nice, I'm nitpicking). Should be a small size ones though.
  4. The dial is outstanding and totally respects the car theme of this watch. Super cool and not seen everywhere. The bracelet is awesome too, nice colors. I would have chosen a close caseback though , this movement and winding mass aren't great.
  5. Saw it. Don't like the compact open dial. The movement looks like it's too small like that. And the watch has enough stuff it doesn't need to have "open heart", imho. Perfect with a full dial though. And that bracelet. Awesome. 40k so not for my wallet but it's nice to dream
  6. Really curious, Today should be the day Thanks for your early thoughts Chris. Your opinion about that brand may be 100% correct!
  7. 39500€, it'll stay a dream watch like the previous Lunations That beveled bridges grid is insane, big step up from Stepan!
  8. Not only is Sarpaneva Lunations uniquely precise in its display, it is also uniquely precise in the way it is set: Pulling the crown at 4 o’clock out to the first position allows the wearer to set the phases of the moon display. An integrated phases of the moon scale, engraved on the back of the watch provides additional guidance on getting the display as close to the actual lunar cycle as possible. Sarpaneva Lunations can also be easily customised to reflect the lunar cycle in both northern and southern hemispheres. The Lunar Effect The phases and the power of the Moon does influence Stepan`s mood and behavior. His lunar rituals and traditions continue to celebrate in his mind. Two nights before the full Moon, one will know for sure – Stepan is up all night. Sometimes new design, an old idea or the buzzle floating in his mind creates watches we see today. The Moon is an important natural element and impacts various aspects of nature. Moon`s gravitational pull affects the ocean tides, and its light influences the behavior of many animals, particularly nocturnal ones. The Moon is a symbol of natural balance and harmony. No wonder it is the favorite complication of Stepan Sarpaneva. Delivery time 4-12 months
  9. Since every brand releases shit watch at 10k, the good ones can't cost less.. Not cool for the amateur but understandable. Titanium for this soon-to-be release! The previous was steel, isn't it ?
  10. 05/30 ! Curious about this one. It surely be like nothing else.
  11. Some shots from yesterday :
  12. Ordered the artwork yesterday ! Even if I couldn't afford the Stardust, I think it'll go well with my Sapra
  13. Yeah With a fully engraved movement, it's less obvious though haha. I was quite disturbed at the first sight of this new model, didn't know what to think about it. Now, I can say it's just awesome, a "complication" that makes the watch unique while keeping the dial clean. And that dial man! The depth and purity in it, I love it.
